Two top Senate Republicans criticized HHS Secretary Sylvia Burwell this week for lacking transparency in how CMS has addressed acting Administrator Andy Slavitt's relationship with his former employer. Slavitt was a top official at Optum in 2013 when the company worked with key Healthcare.gov contractor QSSI to help fix the botched website.
