Gruber, Tavenner Apologize To House Oversight Committee

CMS Administrator Marilyn Tavenner told skeptical Republicans at Tuesday's (Dec. 9) House oversight committee hearing that neither she nor her staff meant to deceive the public by including dental plans in exchange enrollment estimates provided earlier this year, although CMS failed to hand over documents that the committee had requested on the subject prior to the hearing.
