FDA Device Evaluation Director Accepts Position In Tobacco Center

Christy Foreman, director of the FDA Center for Devices and Radiological Health's Office of Device Evaluation, will take on a new role in the agency's Center for Tobacco Products starting Sept. 7, according to an agency announcement Tuesday (August 19). CDRH Deputy Director for Science and Chief Scientist, William Maisel will be acting director of ODE until a permanent replacement is found and continue to serve in his current position. -- Erin Durkin
