Enroll America: 2.7M Uninsured Could Sign Up For QHPs Outside Open Enrollment

Enroll America released a new analysis Wednesday (Aug. 20) finding that 7 million Americans -- including 2.7 million uninsured -- are potentially eligible to sign up for exchange coverage even though open enrollment closed in March and the next official window does not begin until November.
