DeLauro, Higgins Push Bill To Boost NIH Funding, Adjust Budget Cap

Reps. Rosa DeLauro (D-CT) and Brian Higgins (D-NY) introduced Monday (Jan. 26) a bill that would boost the National Institutes of Health's budget by 10 percent for the first two years after enactment, garnering the support of over 100 advocacy groups and research institutions.
