DC Circuit To Rehear ACA Subsidies Case, Oral Arguments Set For Dec. 17

The full DC federal appeals court will reconsider a three-judge panel ruling that struck a blow to the Obama administration by deciding that ACA premium subsidies are not available to beneficiaries in federal exchange states, announcing Thursday that it will hold oral arguments on Dec. 17.
