Week Three Snapshot Shows 1.6M Selected Plans Through FFM

More than 560,000 people selected plans in the third week of open enrollment and over 1.6 million people have picked coverage through the FFM since Nov. 1, HHS said in it's third enrollment “snapshot” released Wednesday.
