Ways & Means To Mark Up Medicare Advantage Bills, Possibly ACA-Related Repeal Measures Next Tuesday

The House Ways & Means Committee plans to mark up Tuesday (June 2) four bipartisan Medicare Advantage bills that were introduced May 21, according to committee staff, and lobbyists and committee staff say the markup could also include bills to repeal controversial Affordable Care Act measures, such as the medical device tax and Independent Payment Advisory Board.
