Senate Finance Chair Orrin Hatch (R-UT) expressed hope his committee would come up with mental health legislation by the end of the year, speaking at a hearing Thursday (April 28) where he and ranking Democrat Ron Wyden (OR) called for a closer look at mental health funding.
