With New Toolkit, Food Technologists Push Back On Additive Scrutiny

As states propose legislation to ban food additives like brominated vegetable oil, potassium bromate and Red Dye No. 3, the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) is defending the benefits of food additives and released an “educational toolkit” to address confusion.
