KY Gov: Medicaid Expansion Hinges On CMS' Approval Of Conservative Waiver

GOP Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin unveiled a conservative Medicaid waiver plan Wednesday (June 22) and said continued expansion in the state is contingent on whether CMS approves it. The waiver includes a work requirement for working age adults, premiums and a coverage lock-out policy.
