Kidney Charity Files Civil Rights Complaint Against Idaho Blue Cross For Rejecting QHP Payments

A nonprofit group representing dialysis patients on Thursday (May 19) filed a complaint with HHS' Office of Civil Rights against Blue Cross of Idaho, or BCI, for its policy of refusing to accept such assistance from third-party payers.
