Insurance advocates, hospital groups, unions, public health experts and others on Wednesday (Jan. 28) filed friend-of-court briefs defending premium tax credits in the federally-operated marketplace, joining consumer advocates and lawmakers who crafted versions of the Affordable Care Act in opposition to the plaintiffs in King v.
