House Passes W&M Bills Backed By Hospitals, Kidney Patients

The House this week passed three Ways & Means bills, two of which are backed by hospitals and one of which is backed by dialysis patients and providers. The Continuing Access to Hospitals Act (H.R. 5613) would exempt small, rural hospitals and critical-access hospitals from rules that require direct physician supervision for outpatient therapeutic services.
