The chairs of the House committees of jurisdiction have launched a working group tasked with developing a replacement plan for the ACA as well as a contingency plan should the high court invalidate the federal exchange subsidies, House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) announced Friday (Jan. 30).
