HHS Will Let State Exchanges Permanently Defer To HHS For Individual Mandate Exemptions

HHS plans to propose regulations that would let state-run exchanges permanently hand off their individual mandate exemptions to HHS for processing instead of doing it themselves, CMS said in a July 28 frequently asked questions sheet.
