Senate Judiciary Chair Chuck Grassley (R-IA) is considering subpoenaing witnesses to testify at a hearing on the supposed settlement over Medicaid rebates for EpiPen between the Justice Department and EpiPen maker Mylan, a Grassley spokesperson said after Mylan, the Justice Department and CMS declined to send witnesses.
