Francer Tapped As New GPhA Counsel Following Stint At PhRMA

The Generic Pharmaceutical Association (GPhA) announced Monday (Oct. 24) it hired a top PhRMA official and former FDA associate chief counsel, Jeffrey Francer, as its new general counsel and senior vice president. Francer joins GPhA from the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America on Nov. 14, where he currently works as vice president and senior counsel in charge of regulatory law advocacy.
