Feed Group: FDA Lacks Authority To Mandate Species-Specific Antibiotic Data

The American Feed Industry Association's legal counsel told FDA that the agency lacks the legal authority to require new animal drug sponsors to report species-specific distribution estimates and such collection would not result in useful data anyway.
