Federal Judge Says HHS' Plan Not Likely To Fix Appeals Backlog

The federal DC District Court denied HHS' request to delay by one year taking up a case over the backlog at the third level of Medicare appeals, saying the backlog continues to grow and HHS' proposed solutions aren't likely to eliminate it.
