FDA Proposing Another Sodium Reduction After Positive Results

FDA will propose a second voluntary reduction goal for sodium content in food in June or July, after "encouraging" preliminary results from the previous reduction initiative, FDA Deputy Commissioner for Foods Jim Jones said at the Tuesday (May 7) Reagan-Udall Foundation annual meeting.
