Employers are asking the incoming Donald Trump administration to eliminate the ACA's employer reporting requirements and shared responsibility provisions that they struggled with in 2016, but one health care expert predicts it would take a couple years to phase out the requirements even if the employer mandate is axed because the reports are needed to administer premium subsidies.
