CMS Shortens 2015 Meaningful Use Reporting Period, Removes 'Topped Out' Measures

Providers are pleased that CMS intends to shorten the reporting period for the so-called meaningful use of electronic health records to 90 days in 2015 as part of a proposed rule released Friday (April 10) after both providers and lawmakers pushed for more flexibility in the meaningful use program.
