CMS RFI Seeks To Spur States’ Interest In Eased 1332 Waiver Criteria

CMS and the Department of the Treasury are asking stakeholders for ideas on how to entice states to apply for Affordable Care Act 1332 waivers that take advantage of the more-flexible criteria unveiled by the Trump administration last fall.
