CMS Encourages Rx Makers To Monitor State Drug Use Data For Accuracy

CMS says in recently released guidance that some states are not reporting accurate drug use data to the agency and aren't fixing that data in a timely way. The agency says this can cause rebate disputes, and manufacturers are encouraged to monitor state data and work with states to correct any problems.
