CMS To Release Final ACA FULs, Guidance With Medicaid Outpatient Drug Rule

CMS announced Thursday (Nov. 20) plans to finalize the Medicaid Average Manufacturer Price-based Federal Upper Limits around the same time it releases the Medicaid Covered Outpatient Drug final rule. The agency says it will also release detailed guidance to the states on how to implement the Affordable Care Act FULs at the same time.
