CMS Proposes Major Policy Changes, Enrollment Numbers Inflated

Stakeholders will be spending Thanksgiving week digesting the cornucopia of polices CMS included in a 324-page proposed regulation unveiled Friday that sets forth 2016 standards for the exchanges and the issuers participating in them.
