House Ways & Means health subcommittee Chair Kevin Brady (R-TX) unveiled a discussion draft of the committee's anticipated wide-ranging bill to combat Medicare and Medicaid fraud that pulls ideas from a range of previously introduced bills, which Brady says could kick-start larger system changes.
