AHA Again Urges HHS To Stop OIG's Hospital Extrapolation Audits

The American Hospital Association again is calling on HHS to stop using extrapolation audits to estimate hospitals' Medicare overpayments because the extrapolations inflate how much providers must return and the audits are inaccurate.
